Bulgarian property market is characterised by low prices, incredible
investment potential and amazing capital growth.

Black Sea coast has all the assets to attract investors and
tourists. Resorts are the proof of the potential and development of
tourism, but they mostly comprise of big hotels offering very cheap
all inclusive package holidays.
The
Bulgarian coast not only offers the resorts, as there are so
many places of interest to visit.
Don’t
be afraid to buy out of resorts because investment rhymes with
exclusivity and not with similarity. That’s why we always search
for places with potential that are not already overdeveloped.
There
are many places on the Black Sea coast with potential and it
wasn’t easy to decide where to locate our projects. When we
visited the port of Kavarna for the first time, we saw more than the

certain that we had found the place that we were looking for, because
